Childcare (SACC)

The School Age Child Care (SACC) program at Our Lady of Peace School offers care for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-6:00 p.m.

$225/month full time (4-5 days)
$160/month part time (2-3 days)
$125 for 9 drop-in visits (may be used multiple times)

We offer a safe and happy environment for students of Our Lady of Peace. Our day consists of outdoor playtime, crafts, snack, homework time and free time where each student can choose his or her own activity. Ratio is 1:18 staff member to child. Our staff is experienced in school age care and certified in first aid and CPR.

Our Daily Schedule is as follows:

2:30-2:45 – Check in
2:45-3:30 – SACC Recess
3:30-4:00 – Snack
4:00-4:20 – Homework (or later if students need more time)
4:20-5:30 – Activity Time (Arts & crafts, Special Interest Activities, Physical Activities)
5:30-6:00 – Free play/Pick-up

Enrollment for the 2019-20 school year: 225

All paid staff must have on file both BCI and FBI background checks and must attend "Protecting God's Children. All volunteers must have on file a BCI background check and must attend "Protecting God's Children" no matter how much or how little contact they have with children or youth, no matter if volunteering for the school or parish, and no matter what time of the day or night they volunteer.
