Our on-line registration process allows you to submit the data and payment we need for your child's 2020-21 roster spot(s). The process includes an application and registration for your child, parent information, non-refundable registration fee(s) and payment processing. Begin by clicking the link at the bottom of this page after reading all of the information below. Roster spots will NOT be held until all of the requested information is received AND applicable fee(s) have been paid.
2020-21 Tuition and Fees:

Our Lady of Bethlehem School and Childcare’s tuition is competitive with many area private schools and out-of-parish rates at parish Catholic schools. OLB offers school tuition assistance for qualified families based on demonstrated financial need. Applications are available through our website under “Prospective Families.” OLB also offers short-term hardship assistance for families in any program. Please use the tuition assistance application for hardship assistance requests. Both tuition and hardship assistance applications may be submitted to the Director of Operations through the Office.


Annual Tuition
Includes the $150 non-refundable registration fee.  
Save $100 when you pay in full by July 15, 2020

*Families receive an invoice for the July tuition payment in early July. July installment or payment in full is due by the 15th.
**August through April payments are due on the 1st business day of each month. Any payments not received by the 10th of each month may be subject to late fees. Payments are divided into 10 installments for convenience and are not based on the number of months in the school year.
Multi-Child Discount:   There is a $200 multi-child school tuition discount for the youngest child. If paying in full by July 15, the one-time payment is lowered by $200. If paying in 10 installments, the payments are each lowered by $20.
Home and School Association:   There is an annual $50 activity fee per family. These funds directly support projects and activities for students and staff. All families will be assessed this fee upon registration. This fee does not apply to summer only families.
